１） 科学を装いながら、およそこれほど非科学的な政府文書を目にしたことがない。米軍普天間飛行場の辺野古移設に向けた防衛省の環境影響評価（アセスメント）の評価書を考えてみよう。
まず建設するという結論が先にあり、政府の意向を心得た学者が都合の良い記述を書いているに過ぎない。

２） 日本のアセスメントは「アワス（合わす）メント」と囁かれて久しいが、これほどその形容に相応しい例も珍しい。一杯はぐらかし、すり替えを繰り返して、環境への影響をひた隠しにする文書はアセスの名には程遠い。
これはあるメディアの流用であるが、総ての国民が真実を知る義務があります。

３） この解説記事に反論する訳ではなく、むしろ共鳴していると表現した方が正確です。
日本国民は沖縄基地問題だけでなく、こうした素晴らしい見解を心に秘め、それらを的確に理解する知能を持ち合わせながら、成程、そうだったのかで何時も心の中に閉じ込めて現在に至ってしまった。

４） この思考は親の時代も私たち世代も現役の皆様も同じです。
